What materials can you engrave?
We can engrave a wide variety of materials, including wood acrylic, glass leather, metal ( anodized or coated) stone.. if you're unsure ,contacted us with material details.
Can I provide my own item to be engraved?
Yes ! We accept customer-supplied items, but they must be approved first to ensure compatibility and safety with our equipment.
What file types do you accept for custom designs?
We accept vector files such as . Ai, SVG, PDF,.EPS or high-resolution. PNG or JPG. for best results vector files are preferred.
Do you offer design assistance?
Yes. we can help with a basic design adjustments or even create a custom design from scratch for an additional fee.
How deep is the engraving?
Engraving depth depends on the material and settings used. For most applications, the engraving is surface-level (0.01"-0.02") but can be deeper on request.
Is the engraving permanent?
Yes. laser engraving creates a permanent mark that won't fade, peel, or rub off over time.
How long does it take to complete an engraving order?
Turnaround times depend on the complexity and quantity of your order. Most small orders are ready within 2-5v business days. Rush services are available upon request.
Is there a setup fee or minimum order requirement?
There may be a small setup fee for custom or one -off designs. We do not require a minimum order for most items.
